This product mainly designed for the defoaming of water-based ink. It has good dilution stability and Defoamer functionand is useful for flexo printing, gravure printing ink, acrylic resin emulsion, rosin resin, other connective water-based ink.

It does not affect the formation of film, and will not produce shrinkage and fish eye pHenomena. XPJ300 can be widely used in waterborne ink, waterborne acrylic emulsion, waterborne paint, metal ink, plastic nylon ink and other defoaming processes.

Usage

1. Addition amount: According to different use systems, the addition amount of defoamer can be 0.05%-0.3%, and the addition amount is determined according to the specific situation;

2. Packing: This product is packed in 25/50/60/200/1000KG plastic barrels;

3. Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place indoors. Before use, the container should be tightly sealed after use. Around 25ºC, the shelf life is 12 months

4. Transportation: This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater and other impurities from entering.
